In addition to our Speed Up! group coaching ​program, we also offer private coaching services for speed puzzlers. This coaching is available for solo puzzlers but also for pairs and teams of puzzles who train to compete together. Our coaching sessions are the most efficient form of coaching but you can also buy video analyses without a coaching session.

The coaching is based on methods from the world of sports, statistics collected from speed puzzling and individual aspects of each coachee. All our services include preliminary form to fill-in so we can help you the best way possible to reach your goals and customise the coaching content to your needs. The coachings is not only about puzzling related skill but also mental and physical aspects of competitive sports. All aspects are considered to create the most suitable coaching solutions.

We have all level puzzlers participating our coaching from beginners to champions. Coaching is a natural part of all sports. And usually becomes even more important when aiming higher. You can read more about our coachees' experience and testimonials.

Online Coaching Sessions
​
All our 60-minute online coaching sessions include a video analysis and a preliminary form to fill in. You only need to buy the service, book a time and film one of your speed puzzling attempts for us to analyse. This will be done before the session so we can plan the session to fit your wishes, needs and goals. Filming a video is easy and can be done with a mobile phone. You will receive further instructions after purchasing a service but if you have any questions beforehand, feel free to contact us.

60-minute coaching session (incl. video analysis) is our most recommended service and fits for all level speed puzzlers. The coaching will take a look at your overall performance, weaknesses and strengths. We customise the content of each coaching session based on individual needs and goals.

60-minute coaching session for a pair or team (incl. video analysis) is a coaching session that both members of a pair or all members of a team will participate. The coaching is focussing on how you can work the best way possible together.

30-minute coaching session (individuals only) does not include a video analysis. It's a great choice for a followup session for those you have already participated in coaching before or if you only want to focus on one area of speed puzzling.

You can choose a puzzle for the video analysis yourself or ask us for a recommendation. A puzzle can be max. 500 piece puzzle for individual video analysis. For pairs and teams, a puzzle to be analysed can be max. 1000 pieces.
Video Analyses
​
You can also buy a video analysis without a coaching session. Video analysis includes 3-5 most relevant pointers and practice recommendations that can be pointed out from your speed puzzling video. You will receive the analysis in video-format where we explain all the pointers and what can we see in your video.

Video analysis (individual) is a great opportunity to get in-depth information of your speed puzzling performance. It's not easy to analyse yourself and spot the right things to work on. Already with a few pointers, you can take you speed puzzling to the next level and improve the speed of your development.

Video analysis (pair) focusses on understanding the strengths and weaknesses of both individuals and find the ways to utilise them for most optimised performance together. Analysing pairs and teams is always more complex because the whole can be greater than the sum of its parts.

Video analysis (team) focusses on what can you do better as a team and what should you pay attention to when practicing together. This can be anything from roles, communication to puzzling skills compatibility.

Packages & Live Coaching​

It's important to focus on a few things at once when aiming for the next level. As you develop, you will start doing things differently and adapt new styles to puzzle. Sometimes we catch on new bad habits and find new strengths. We also develop differently when it comes to different types of puzzles. That's why it's beneficial to participate in coaching on a regular basis to find the right next steps and keep improving all the time.

Coaching package (incl. 3 x 60-min sessions + 3 x video analyses) can be used for more ongoing coaching to ensure constant development. It can be also used in a short time period as an intensive coaching. Most coachees use this package to have monthly coaching session but we will plan the suitable timeline for you in the first session.

Occasionally we offer live coaching sessions, workshops or packages for competitions (such as Nationals or World Jigsaw Puzzle Championships). These are limited offers and will be available in the shop during a specific time. If you are interested in something else, want us to come to your event to have a workshop, or have any other questions, contact us!

You will get the most out of private coaching services if you are also a Speed Up! program member but this is not required. If you are a PRO member, you are eligible for a discount (please check your discount code from the PRO member's group chat.)

About The Coach
I'm Emilia Liberman, ex national level athlete from anothor sport. I have also coached in sports way before I even found out about speed puzzling. I use lots of methods that base on actual research information. I'm not only interested in puzzling skills but also the mental and physical aspects of competing. For example, winning itself is a skill that requires much more than just being faster than others. That's what makes sports so interesting that the "better one" doesn't always win.

I started doing puzzles only couple years ago but already short after I fought my way all the way to WJPC finals and to the TOP100 best speed puzzlers in the world. Already before that I shared some speed puzzling tips on my YouTube channel and got noticed by the Federation who also recommends my videos. I am also a commentators in the Worlds and e.g. Swedish Nationals. I have travelling to many other countries' nationals and interview many TOP10 best speed puzzlers in the world.
