Circle of Colors: Poke Bowl 500 Ravensburger Puzzle

This puzzle is known from the semifinals in the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship 2023. It's called Poke Bowl but I see it as a salad plate. Colors and veggies will help with assembling but edge pieces should be left for last.

Of all Circle of Colors puzzles, I find this one to be "intermediate". Not the hardest one but definitely not the easiest one either.
